Forret Gump - unforgettable

This is a powerful yet charming movie; fun for its special effects and profound in how it keeps you thinking long after it's over. Like others, I've seen this movie more than once. One comment I've never heard is that Forrest's simplicity is almost zen-like. I should read the novel to get the author's intention (I remember some people preferring the book and complaining that no one at the Academy Awards gave him any credit.) But rather than an implication that you should do what you're supposed to do and believe in God and you'll win in the end, I see it as zen-like, i.e., living in the moment and not having expectations or particular cravings (other than his loving Jenny.) So he ends up just stumbling into all the major historical events of the time. Granted, he achieves this only because he doesn't have the brains to think otherwise and actually have expectations, but so many of our problems are because we do have higher intellect and desires, which ironically makes us unhappy because we know what we are missing. We love our cats and dogs for the same simplicity and always being in the moment. There's a line in the movie wondering if everything is predestined or happens randomly or it's a combination of both. It is something to mull over for a long time.

After making a remarkable debut in Om Shanti Om model turned actress Deepika Padukone became the next big thing of Bollywood.

Right from her debut movie, she has been hitting headlines continuously for some or other reasons. Be it her debut release Om Shanti Om opposite King khan, or the number of men in her life. The tall & slender beauty who once upon a time dated model Nihar Pandya in her modeling days, then the newest lad of kapoor clan Ranbir kapoor before the movie release, then with cricketers Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh after the smashing hit at box-offce is now again seen with Ranbir.

According to the latest grapevine it seems that Ranbir Kapoor is back with his ex-girlfriend Deepika. According to sources they have been repeatedly spotted together in public. Recently the duo was seen together at Filmfare event and coincidentally they also acted in one of the cola commercials.

While we try to know what?s boiling around and what the actual matter is, by the time you can definitely suggest the ultimate man for Deepika.

Shreya who is minting money from Tamil Nadu by appearing sexy on the road shows and movies, followed her costume even in a function which was participated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Karunanidhi.
The issue was yesterday (28.01.2008) taken in the TN assembly by PMK's Velmurugan.
DMK men came in support of Shreya, as they felt she is do such greater things for the cause of Tamilians!
Velmurugan also mentioned the vulgarity shown in the Karunanidhi promoted Kalaingnar TV under the title "Maanaada Mayilaada"
Supporting the vulgarity of the show, minister Arcot Veerachamy claimed that the show has lots of viewers, forgetting that even a blue film will have lots of viewers. He forgets to ask himself why F-TV is being banned by the police in TN!!!

kalloori Tamaana pairs with Suya

Surya is busy shooting for Gautham Menon's Vaaranam Aayiram which is likely to be wrapped up soon. It has been said that Gautham and Surya have worked very hard for this movie and have taken pains to bring in perfection to every shot. Now after this film, Surya will be seen in an A V M film to be directed by K V Anand of Kana Kanden fame. After Perazhagan, this will be Surya's second tryst with AVM films. Kalloori Tamanna will play the love interest of Surya in this unnamed venture of K V Anand's.
K V Anand, while discussing his new project says, "Currently I am involved in polishing my script, finalizing technicians and other artists. The story is about a man who struggles to achieve success in life. I want my title to reflect this one line and I am desperately trying to arrive at such a title". According to Anand finding the right title seems to be a Himalayan task right now.

Trisha IN IT Story

Has Gautham Menon abandoned his Surya film Vaaranam Aayiram? Last week he signed up Trisha to do a female oriented musical, set against the IT background with four new guys in the lead! And Gautham has pulled off yet another surprise by ditching his favourite music director Harris Jayaraj, and signing up A.R Rahman for this yet untitled film which will start rolling from August first week. Gautham himself is producing this film, which will be a quickie and he plans to wrap it up in three months. There are rumours that a Mumbai based corporate is backing the project, which is likely to release in December. Meanwhile rumours of Gautham- Harris fall out has been making the rounds, but director and music director have jointly taken off to the backwaters of Kerala, to compose songs for Vaaranam Aayiram! Just can’t figure what the hell is happening!!

Nayanthara's next move

Nayanthara made her debut in Tamil through the film Ayya opposite Sarath Kumar. Most of her films are with top heroes in the Tamil film industry including Surya, Simbu, Ajith and of course Rajinikanth. She acted as Rajini’s heroine in Chandrmukhi and danced with Rajini for the introductory song in Sivaji. Nayanthara’s role in Billa is much talked about and the stills and trailers of the film show her in a different look. She was about to act with Vijay in the film Kuruvi directed by Dharani but Trisha came her way and grabbed the chance. But Nayanthara waited patiently. Her upcoming films are with Dhanush and Vishal, the upcoming stars in the Tamil film industry. Even in Telugu she has acted with all big stars. The latest news about Nayanthara is that she had been signed for Vijay’s next project after Kuruvi. The yet to be named film will be directed by Prabhu Deva.

Lindsay lohan have a great talent in acting and a cute and charmy actress. Her first film is 'The Parent trap". On that time, she is in 12 years of age. she did a dual role in first film. She got famous from her first film onwards. After that she doing some of the films like "Freaky friday", "Drama Queen", "Get the Clue"... These films are all give good name in the film industry. After the film "mean girls", she became a one of the top actress. After this, she did "herbie fully loaded". its not a bad movie. Now she is not concentrated on acting, she became a drug addict Because of this, she lost his good name in her film industry and doing more flop movies. Last movie she did is "I know who killed me"; this film was awarded worst film on 2007 and she got worst actress award for this film. I hope that she will recover herself and will act good film in future.......

Tom Hanks - marvelous actor

"Tom hanks" - This is the man having great acting talent. He is the five time academy award nominee and got two academy award for best actor in the film "Forrest Gump" and "Philadelphia". I really amazed when saw his performance in forrest gump. He is not a good looking actor but he show his talent by acting. I like "cast away", "saving private ryan" and "The Terminal" of his films. All the times he doing different roles in different films. He is a really amazing man. I dont know how he is in real life, But he is rocking in his films.

Om Shanti Om - Really brilliant

I saw Om shanti om in satyam theatre last week. This film is really amazing. The film story is just unbelievable but the screenplay makes the movie perfect. All of them know sharukh is the great acting performer, he did very good job in this movie. He did this film after the massive hit of Chak De. The beauty doll Deepika padukone is the right choice for role of Shanti devi. she really look well in old getup. But in modern dress, she is not most impressive. The director Farah khan basically a choreographer, but she has amazing talent in directing. The songs are superb... 31 stars appearing in one song is very enjoyable to see. Atlast, this film is the one of the greatest victory of SRK. SRK rocks........
